For many years, our employment lawyers at Lemons, Grundy & Eisenberg have successfully represented employers and employees in a variety of employment-related areas. The services we have provided our clients include investigating employee misconduct and harassment complaints; preparing and providing guidance to employers regarding employee handbooks and policies, proper record keeping, sexual harassment and discrimination prevention and privacy issues; and counseling clients in connection with discipline and employee discharge issues. In addition, we represent clients in proceedings before such governmental agencies as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Nevada Equal Rights Commission, both in the investigative phase and in mediating claims of discrimination.
