Meet Our New Associate

Sarah M. Molleck grew up in Sparks, Nevada and is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.  Sarah attended Gonzaga University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2015.

While in law school, Sarah served as the Managing Editor of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law.  She received the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing, and Antitrust.  She worked in the law school’s mortgage mediation clinic, participated in the Linden Cup oral appellate advocacy competition, served as a research assistant, and also worked as a summer associate for a complex civil litigation firm in Seattle.  During her final year of law school, Sarah clerked for the Honorable Annette Plese and also represented low-income clients in administrative hearings before the Washington Employment Security Department.

Upon graduation, Sarah returned to Reno and served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lynne K. Simons of the Second Judicial District Court for the State of Nevada for two years, where she continued to gain extensive research and writing experience in many areas of the law.  Sarah is licensed to practice law before all state and federal courts in Nevada.  She is a member of several professional associations, including: American Inns of Court, Northern Nevada Women Lawyers Association, Washoe County Bar Association, and American Bar Association.  She enjoys skiing, as well as hiking with her husband and their two dogs.
