Statement of Practice

Lemons, Grundy & Eisenberg is a broad based general practice litigation (trial and appellate) law firm. Our litigation experience includes litigating insurance disputes, business disputes, personal injury, product liability, aviation, construction defect, casualty, fire, negligence, employment law, civil rights, and professional liability (medical, dental and legal malpractice).

Firm Profile

The firm was established in 1959. The original focus of the firm was on insurance related matters in the casualty, fire, life, accident and health areas. The fields of practice expanded by addition of lawyers skilled in the appellate practice, medical and legal malpractice defense, business law and other legal matters. Geographically the firm handles litigation and other matters in all State and Federal Courts throughout the State of Nevada. Continuing legal education is required of all the attorneys, most of whom teach and participate in seminars in their areas of practice.

Our experience with sophisticated insurance and corporate clients has taught the firm to be efficient and responsive in the litigation process, while recognizing the tremendous economic and emotional costs associated with resolution of disputes through trial.
